Jonathan Greensted is the founder of Rentiful, an AI platform building the trusted agent for renters. Over forty years he has led technology transformation at Travelodge and Rank Group, and was the first CTO at both Quintain / Wembley Park (2019) and Get Living (2022). He advised Legal & General Affordable Homes until 2023 and is now chairman of Trade Classic, NED CTO for Lamington Group and strategic advisor for Webiny. A CTO and CIO across consumer and real estate businesses, he has lived through the web, mobile, cloud and AI platform shifts. At Rentiful he is building the trusted AI agent for renters with AI Agent Connect, part of the company's listings liberation campaign, an AI publishing platform that makes rental portfolios discoverable by AI assistants through structured, trustworthy, open data. Jonathan believes AI's greatest opportunity is not replacing people, but representing them.
