What you are talking to

Every representative has its own name, its own face and its own address. That is deliberate. You should always be able to tell who wrote to you, so a representative tells you it is an AI, and every message one sends carries a note saying the same thing.

How we use AI

Renting involves a great deal of waiting for somebody to get back to you. Our representatives take on that part: finding homes that match what you actually asked for, answering questions about a building or a listing, keeping in touch while you decide.

They work for you rather than for a landlord or an agent. When something needs a person, a person picks it up.

Two rules we hold ourselves to

We never impersonate a human. A representative will not claim to be a person, sign as one, or let you believe a person typed something an AI wrote.

We are always explicit about what an AI produced. Authorship travels with the message itself. It is not something you should have to work out from an address or a signature.

When it gets things wrong

AI makes mistakes. Please check anything that matters before you rely on it: a price, a date, whether a home is still available, anything you would be sorry to get wrong. Tell us when it happens. It is how we find the problems worth fixing.
