What we want them to do is obvious enough: a button on the listing you are already reading that sends it to Lisa without you leaving the page. Until that exists, email and WhatsApp above do the same job in two more taps.

What Lisa does with it
She reads it and comes back to you. What she makes of the place, what looks worth checking, what she would ask the agent. If you want to go further she can help you work out the questions, line up a viewing or keep an eye out for others like it.
