Renters Reward

At Rentiful, we believe that renting should be beautiful, supported and rewarding. That’s why we offer every eligible renter a £75 Renters Reward when they move into a home via our platform.

How it works

1. Search and apply for your next Build to Rent home through Rentiful.
2. Arrange and attend a viewing - either digital or in person.
3. Sign the lease and move in.
4. Complete the Renters Reward Claim Form
5. Receive your £75 Renter Reward shortly after moving day.

The Renters Reward is our way of recognising your time, your trust, and your decision to join the Rentiful movement. It’s simple: when you move in, we pay you.

Terms and Conditions

The £75 Renters Reward is available for new leases originating through the Rentiful platform with participating operators only. To qualify, you must have viewed your new home on Rentiful and clicked through to the operator's website, the lease must be signed with a participating Build to Rent operator. The Renter Reward will be sent to the renter's new address shortly after move-in.
