At Rentiful, we believe that renting should be beautiful, supported and rewarding. That’s why we offer every eligible renter a £75 Renters Reward when they move into a home via our platform.

How it works

1. Search and apply for your next Build to Rent home through Rentiful.
2. Arrange and attend a viewing - either digital or in person.
3. Sign the lease and move in.
4. Complete the Renters Reward Claim Form
5. Receive your £75 Renter Reward shortly after moving day.

Terms and Conditions

The £75 Renters Reward is available for new leases originating through the Rentiful platform with participating operators only. To qualify, a confirmed viewing must take place and the lease must be signed with a participating Build to Rent operator. The Renter Reward will be sent to the renter’s new address shortly after move-in.
