I do not believe AI simply makes existing property portals better. I believe it changes the relationship between renters and the rental industry.

What Rentiful is
Rentiful is the trusted AI agent for renters. We help people find, secure and enjoy their perfect rental home.
We represent renters, not properties. Traditional property portals optimise for advertising listings. Rentiful optimises for representing renters across the whole journey: find, secure and enjoy.
We also operate AI Agent Connect, which helps rental providers structure and publish their property information so AI assistants can understand, trust and recommend their portfolios.
Why AI changes renting
We do not think AI simply makes property portals faster. AI changes the interface between people and markets. Renters increasingly expect an agent that represents them, explains its recommendations and is honest about how it is paid. That is a different relationship, and it has to be built deliberately.
