- What is Rentiful?
- Rentiful is the trusted AI agent for renters. It represents the renter rather than the property, helping people find, secure and enjoy professionally managed and Build-to-Rent homes across the UK. It handles search, qualification, viewings and applications in one continuous conversation.
- Is Rentiful free for renters?
- Yes. Rentiful is free for renters. A rental provider pays Rentiful when a renter successfully moves in, and Rentiful returns 10% of that fee to the renter through Renters Reward.
- How does Rentiful make money?
- Rentiful is paid by rental providers on results, when a renter it represents signs a lease and moves in, rather than charging for listings or leads. This pay per lease model aligns Rentiful with both the renter and the provider.
- What is Renters Reward?
- Renters Reward returns 10% of the fee Rentiful earns from a rental provider back to the renter who moved in. It is how Rentiful shares its commercial upside with the people it represents.
- Who founded Rentiful?
- Rentiful was founded by Jonathan Greensted (Founder and CEO) and Mark Davies (Co-founder and CTO). Jonathan's background spans four decades of technology platform shifts and leadership roles at Get Living, Quintain and Travelodge. Mark spent nearly twenty years at Microsoft after starting in live broadcast engineering at the BBC.
- Is Rentiful a letting agent?
- No. Rentiful is not a letting agent. Letting agents and portals represent the property. Rentiful is a renter-side AI agent that represents the renter, coordinating the whole leasing journey on their behalf.
- Which UK cities does Rentiful cover?
- Rentiful covers professionally managed and Build-to-Rent homes across UK cities including London, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds, and is expanding to more locations.
- How is Rentiful different from Rightmove and other portals?
- Portals like Rightmove are listings indexes: the renter does all the work of enquiring, qualifying and chasing across many sites and agents. Rentiful is a renter-side agent that holds the renter's requirements, talks to every operator on their behalf, books viewings and carries them through to a signed lease in one conversation. Rightmove remembers listings; Rentiful remembers renters.
- Is Rentiful a proptech startup, and what stage is it at?
