Jonathan Greensted is the founder of Rentiful, an AI-powered platform building the trusted agent for renters. It is technology that doesn't just answer questions but represents the people asking them.
Over forty years, Jonathan has led technology transformation across some of the UK's best-known consumer and real estate businesses. He has held CTO and CIO leadership roles at Travelodge and Rank Group, and was the first CTO at both Quintain / Wembley Park in 2019 and Get Living in 2022, two of the country's largest Build-to-Rent operators.
He advised Legal & General Affordable Homes on technology and innovation until 2023, and is now chairman of Trade Classic, NED CTO for Lamington Group and strategic advisor for Webiny, the open-source enterprise CMS. His career spans the platform shifts that reshaped entire industries: the web, mobile, cloud and now AI, giving him a rare and practical vantage point on what actually changes when technology changes.
At Rentiful, Jonathan is focused on building the trusted AI agent for renters. As part of the company's listings liberation campaign, he is also building AI Agent Connect, an AI publishing platform that makes rental portfolios discoverable by AI assistants through structured, trustworthy data on open standards. His thinking sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, consumer trust and the future of renting.
