Jonathan Greensted is the founder and CEO of Rentiful, an AI-powered platform building Rentiful Lisa. She does not simply answer questions. She stands on the renter's side of the table.
Over forty years, Jonathan has led technology transformation across some of the UK's best-known consumer and real estate businesses. He has held CTO and CIO leadership roles at Travelodge and Rank Group, and was the first CTO at both Quintain / Wembley Park in 2019 and Get Living in 2022, two of the country's largest Build-to-Rent operators.
He advised Legal & General Affordable Homes on technology and innovation until 2023, and is now chairman of Trade Classic, NED CTO for Lamington Group and strategic advisor for Webiny, the open-source enterprise CMS. His career spans the platform shifts that reshaped entire industries: the web, mobile, cloud and now AI, giving him a rare and practical vantage point on what actually changes when technology changes.
Rentiful v3 turns Jonathan's central thesis into a working product: for the first time, every renter can have a representative. The model also lowers rental-provider acquisition costs, turning a better renter experience into recurring NOI and meaningful asset value. His thinking sits at the intersection of AI representation, consumer trust, renter empowerment and rental economics.

In 2008, Jonathan helped Microsoft launch Azure from the stage at the Los Angeles Convention Center. He later compered Travelodge's internal Big Event for two consecutive years. Rentiful v3 is the story bringing him back to the public conference stage.
A stagecraft sharpened off the corporate stage, too: recent acting credits include Ronnie Worthington in Out of Order (2024) and Mick Ross in Breaking the Code (2025).
